Zero stars for customer service. I called about three weeks ago to schedule a repair on a dishwasher and the lady took my name and all of my appliance information and said a technician will call me to schedule. I’m still waiting for a callback so I went ahead and scheduled with Cole’s.

5 stars Mike helped me with my washing machine (11/23/19). Very courteous and helpful. He was so nice! The cost was very reasonable. I had done business with them years ago and have always had outstanding service.
The store had a really unpleasant odor and none of the appliances were clean. Not at all like the Rainier appliance store that was on the main drag in Rainier in years past. They had no distinction between the models for sale and those that hadn't been cleaned and refurbished. Probably won't shop there again anytime soon and will not recommend it to my friends or family.
John came to our house yesterday to repair the water dispenser on our refrigerator. He was very competent, professional, and had our water dispenser up and running in no time.
