Martine found the problem with my AC quickly and took action right away to solve it. He was polite and professional. I highly recommend RainForest Plumbing and Air. I am a Cabana Club member so there was no up charge for a weekend repair. I absolutely give it 5 stars!!

Every level of the organization, from dispatch and field technicians to management and executives, has failed to deliver a remotely acceptable customer experience. This is by far the worst and most frustrating vendor I have dealt with in 5+ years of property management. Go literally anywhere else and you will be better off.
