Despite the universe conspiring to stop him, Alex overcame multiple hurdles to arrive on a Saturday to fix a broken toilet. I’ve been without a working AC unit for a whole month! I live in an apartment complex that kept pushing it off and I was starting to become EXTREMELY frustrated. The only people who made a difference was Jose and Miles! They replaced the whole AC unit and did an AMAZING job! Jose cleaned up after himself and was very respectful when being inside my home. Silas was awesome. Very polite. Fixed my problem quickly. Explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Cleaned up everything after he completed the service. I would recommend Rainforest every day.
