Called for an appointment for 4:30. Arrived 15 minutes early. No one said anything for about 15 minutes. Then some rude lady goes do you guys have an appointment? I said yes. Few moments goes by and she said well Jackie isn't here yet. So I left to go sit in the car and wait. Waited about 10 minutes before going back in side. They called her and she didn't answer.
