Excellent for kids and families. Extensive menu, lots of sights and sounds, great and upbeat staff. nice Gift Shop, and a Jungle Ride.
Service was poor . 3 adults and 6 kids and they forgot some of our food we ordered. Could not get refills on drinks because waiter would not come by and ask if we needed anything. When we first arrived hostess said 1 hour and 40 minute wait. Then she looked around the corner and saw a table that had just emptied and said we could have it after they cleaned it. Pretty sure wait staff and hostesses are just not geared up for Spring Break.
Waited an hour for our food. Mine was cold. Music so load we could not have a conversation without raising our voices to be heard. I had to take out my hearing aids and the music was still to loud. Asked to turn it down and they would not. Worst rainforest cafe experience we have ever had! Our waiter was friendly. It is the first time we have gone to the Galveston rainforest cafe and will be our last.

Never waited two hours to be sat, but I'm willing to do it for the entertainment! 😏
Had an amazing first time here. Can't wait to go back. The food was delicious and our waiter was great.
I loved the food but the service wasn't all that great, the server didn't talk or acknowledge us and then messed up our ticket adding plates we didn't even order
We had a great birthday dinner for my granddaughter and grandson they loved every bit of it
Atmosphere was amazing. Was really good for a date with my wife. Food was wonderful and very filling. Will go again minus the drinks. Haha
