I've been to the Rainforest café locations in Orlando several times, so I was pumped to find out there was a location in Vegas! However, I ordered chicken parmesan, which came out very undercooked... Almost raw. I only noticed after eating a bite since it was dark ("thunderstorm" was going on when we received the meals). Our waiter was very apologetic and got the kitchen to remake it... But other than that, for such a large and successful business, you would think my meal would comped, or even 10% off the bill. Nope!
