Went on a Thursday evening at 7pm. Went to the one on the strip in Vegas. We were seated quickly & drinks served quickly too. Our hostess was amazing, so fast & attentive. Starter arrived quickly & our mains 10 mins after the starter. Food was lovely & we were in a rush to leave at a certain time to get to a Vegas Show & our hostess prepared the bill quickly. The atmosphere was good, wish we had this food chain in Australia.
We only had a bar snack but it was good. Loved the snake, he was my fav. We had plenty of cocktails which were nice. The staff are very friendly and the barstaff are always on the go serving people at the bar and also catering for Diners drinks so u had to wait a wee while for our cocktails. Otherwise couldnt fault the staff except one plumpish blondish male barman who looked as if he cudnt give a shite.
Wonderful decor... bad service
It took forever!!! 30 minutes just to get the server to order our drinks. An hour from the time we ordered our food until we got it. Then it took 30 minutes to bring out our kids’ desserts. One of which they said didn’t freeze right, so without asking what we wanted to do about it they brought out two ice cream sandwiches. Seriously it took 30 minutes for an ice cream sandwich.
