Ok my story. Moved from Fl to Ar to help elderly mom. I paid rainey already in June (6-15-22) and my rent started. I was not moving till end of June 29 or 30th. My mom lived in fl as well and didnt feel safe so shes the reason i came with her. Story goes like this: my moms card LOADED UP, My pickup LOADED up. Horrible management company. Rented from them Aug 2020-2021. Upon move in our property was in hideous condition. The house was not cleaned at all. Appliances dirty, bathrooms dirty, items left from previous owners, carpet dirty and broken items. Documented those items and they assured me it would not be a problem when I moved out. Guess what? They still charged me the cleaning fee because I didn't feel it was fair to scrub a house that was not given to me in that condition. Mind you I did clean it to a condition bette... read more
