Horrible management company. Rented from them Aug 2020-2021. Upon move in our property was in hideous condition. The house was not cleaned at all. Appliances dirty, bathrooms dirty, items left from previous owners, carpet dirty and broken items. Documented those items and they assured me it would not be a problem when I moved out. Guess what? They still charged me the cleaning fee because I didn't feel it was fair to scrub a house that was not given to me in that condition. Mind you I did clean it to a condition better than what I received it in. Took 3 months to get my deposit after I moved out. The reviews I read before dealing with them turned out to be true. It's like they know they can do whatever with your money because you have moved on and they do the inspection solo. Do yourself a favor and find another company. I know they are horrible because this is the first time I have ever wrote a review and felt I had to based on this experience.
