Dr. Raines is the best! I use to live a block away from his office and my grandson use to come here when he was about 5 years old. One day on my Birthday, I broke one of my tooth and went to Dr. Raines office to get it fixed and I have been coming ever since. His office is so relaxed and he is such a calm person who knows how to keep you relaxed.
