Im tenant from one of their properties. Absolutely frustrated with the response to maintenance requests. Over 2 months waiting for a Air Conditioner controller replacement. Weather getting colder and I don’t know when I’ll have th AC working again. A month ago also had to wait 5 days to have hot water back working.
This is the experience that we had as Raine and Horne looking after our investment property in the Gold Coast. Our experience with this agency was nothing short of disastrous. Throughout the tenancy, there were repeated breaches, uncooperative tenants, and ultimately legal action.
