I am about to put in a formal complaint to HUD, about your services regarding 1228 Berkshire Circle, Venice, FL 34292, Case # 093-606085, and the needless delays and non-communication from Raine Company regarding closing this property. I am the buyer and the Realtor for this property. You had all you asked for several days ago, and we have given all that is needed in a timely fashion, and we have yet to hear from you in a reasonable manner. Raine has been and amazing partner to work with and in my opinion has represented HUD at a very high level. I have been lucky enough to work with them over the past 4+ years as a local listing broker and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. As things go in the REO world with the new contract I am sad to say we will no longer be working with Raine, but I hope sometime in the future we have the opportunity to do so again.
