Never done business, but ran us off the road today. No “how’s my driving” sticker so here’s the review.
Please take your business elsewhere. He is extremely rude. He came out to show us the system in our new-to-us house (that had been previously installed). Opened one valve (could have told us over the phone), then mostly suggested googling how to use the controller. Then sent a bill for $85 for his 15 minutes of ”work.” When we asked him to reconsider, he blamed us for not asking how much it cost before he came out.
David installed my system 3 years ago and has helped with fall blow out and a couple service calls. I've been really happy with the service I've received each time. You can tell he knows what he's doing. I have never had anything but pleasant interactions.
As a company, we refer our customers to Dave @ Raindance on the regular. He has been around for over 30 years and has the experience you want from an irrigation contractor. I've worked side by side with him on projects (landscape + irrigation) and his work is always well thought out (something you need to worry about w/ irrigation) and top notch.
Wouldn't use again.
