BEST PET SITTER IN LEXINGTON! Rainbow Watchers LLC has been taking care of my pets for the past 8 years. The staff does a wonderful job! They are trustworthy, always on time and very professional. Beware! Know your rights! Read the contract, see a laywer FIRST! I used this company for about three years, and they were okay. I was led to believe that the owner was making all of the visits herself, but found out later that this was not the case. The owner hyped her vet tech experience at the initial interview, but was unable to handle my dog after her cruciate surgery. My husband had to take off for a week because the petsitter, who supposedly had all this experience, couldn't handle an injured dog. Other irritations alo... read more
