I talked to the landlord multiple times last year and she said I was on the waiting list. then she said a few apartments would be available soon so I waited on the waiting list for months and was trying to pack up my things and get ready to move. then months later I get this letter in the mail saying my application was denied and when I tried to call to talk to her about it she hung up on me.
