We highly recommend this business for servicing your vacuum cleaners and for buying a new vacuum and associated products, i.e., scents. "Sean" is professional, thorough in his inspection of the unit, pleasant, fair in his pricing, and very knowledgeable.
Lou, previous owner sold me a refurbished rainbow last December, 2023. We love it, runs great. Had a minor problem that Sean ( new owner) fixed immediately & didn't charge. Super nice, highly recommend.
Don't believe any of their scams the product works but they have you do a program for perks you can't use and after you put deposit for a vacation you earn they try to up sell you to do another seminar just to use your vacation and will block your email to request your refund and won't let you request refund over phone. Unless your interested in paying 4000 for such vacuum do not waste your time.
Lou was super helpful. Fixing up my 2015 Rainbow E2B. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the rainbow vacuums. I'll be back for all my rainbow needs.
I tried to cancel within the “3 day limit” no one would answer. And I have texted to see if I could get someone to please cancel because I can’t pay for it but they don’t care they never answer or return calls please freaking answer still waiting.
