RecommendedI love my Rainbow vacuum, it has been the best house tool i ever invested in. I would buy my next Rainbow from this office again as they are very professional, helpful, honest and pleasant to work with.
FRAUDS!!!!!! So we bought a Rainbow Vacuum last month durning a demo. After purchasing I had a change of heart because of the price. I canceled within the 3 days like it says in the contract. According to their contract if the vacuum has not been picked up within 20 days the vacuum is mine with no further obligation. I'm giving it 1 star due to the fact of the DEMO being so misleading... yes these are great vaccums but don't let them talk you into doing their sales program I fell for it an well now I'm just sending the rainbow back... it's just NOT WORTH the headache nor the time I have already wasted...
Customer service is AWFUL and program is very misleading!!! When you try to point out the representatives mistakes and try to contact customer service, you won’t hear anything back!! The product itself is good, but I would never recommend it because of how we’ve been treated
The only reason I'm giving this 3 stars is due to the sales program that was extremely misleading. The vacuum itself is amazing and I am quite in love with it. However I was misled into doing a program in which I can conduct demos for this product and with each consecutive sale I would get credit towards the vacuum. However once I signed the paperwork to get the vacuum, the sales girl blocked me from her texts and calls.
