2 hour wait is absolutely shameful.
They allowed 2 people to go ahead of me the person that’s supposed to be checking patients in was barely at the desk it’s been 2 hrs and I’m still waiting every time I ask they say I’m next it’s a complete different group of patients from when I walked in to now won’t be coming back here
This dump wouldn't even let us check in our 8 year old for blurry vision and told us to go to Hillcrest or Rainbows in Cleveland.
Took my daughter to be seen. They had us I. The room waiting over an hr, and still no doctor.
