I’m sad to leave this review, but after the lack of service, it’s hard not to. We’ve used Rainbow for a couple of years and this year, have been promised for over a month that we’d receive service. We’ve called weekly and been promised over and over that service would come, to no avail. We will be canceling our service and finding a different company that can meet its commitments.
We had a tree removed and several trees trimmed and pruned. The workers were very knowledgeable and efficient. It was fascinating watching them way up in the trees using the bucket and/or ropes and pulleys. And when they’d finished, you’d never know they were here! The clean-up was that good! We highly recommend Rainbow Tree.

Made sure to connect with us when they first arrived, and ensured that ball windows were closed.
I was so impressed by the teamwork and expertise displayed by our crew. Cleanup was meticulous, and the remaining debris was picked up as predicted the following morning.
