We have been customers for years, but no longer. We hired Rainbow Sprinkler to repair a leak. They came out and stated they had fixed the leak. The next day I called to say the leak was not repaired. Nonetheless, they sent a bill for $650, and refused to return for 10 days. Their policy has always been 10 days to pay. Ten days later, Ron returned and wanted payment that day.
