My AC unit quit working. Rainbow came out and replaced the water pump on the furnace. Charged me $400. The ac still wouldn't run. Then I, myself, checked the switch to find out it needed to be reset. Problem solved. Rainbow still kept the $400 and went on his way even though he hadn't repaired anything and the water pump didn't need replacing after all.
Excellent, fast service. Went above and beyond what was required, and on a Saturday morning no less! I would call Ed at Rainbow for any services I need in the future. Really.
I've posted to my friends on facebook, but it's also time for larger shout out. Bear with me while I rave about Ed Cline and Rainbow Services Raleigh! Attention to detail – Rainbow Services recently answered my call for my yearly air conditioning freon charge up, this has been going on for many years at about two or three hundred dollars a crack. Ed took the time to find the leak, repaired by simply tightening a brass fitting at the furnace. Rainbow has a new customer, thanks, Doug
