Terrible business sense, need to do a better job being in the store during the hours they are suppose to be open or update there Web site.

The space I rented was upstairs. I was first apprehensive about this until I found out there was an elevator. I didn't have to carry anything upstairs and there was even a cart to use. When I moved out, all of my things was exactly as I left them, not even dusty, Thank you Rainbow for having such a aconvenient clean storage place!
The Clarke Historical Museum is very grateful to Rainbow Storage for allowing us to store some of our larger furniture items while our historic building received repairs. While the repairs took longer than expected, Rainbow Storage never forced us to remove the items. Now that the roof has been repaired, the items were brought back. In addition, Rainbow Storage has been very generous with helping advertise our fundraisers on their marquee. Thank you for your dedication to helping preserve Humboldt County history.
After traveling a long distance, I arrived in town with no where to store my belongings. It was on a Sunday. I contacted Rainbow Storage and they were able to get set me up with a unit. I also appreciate the reminder letter they send out that enables me to pay my rent on time. Thank you Rainbow you are awesome!
Rainbow Self Storage is an outstanding local business that gives back to the community. For the past several years they have graciously donated the use of two storage units for approx. 3 months each year to Coats for the Cold. The fact that they are willing to provide us with such a service at no charge is an enormous help to our program and we truly appreciate it! The Eureka Dog Park Fundraising Committee is extremely grateful to Rainbow Self-Storage for their generous donations of a storage unit, as well as, allowing us to advertise our rummage sale on their marquee. The office personnel have always been very nice and ready to help in any way they can. Our large storage unit is located in an extremely clean and well kept complex. It would be very difficult for us to operate our fundraising committee without their help. Thank you Rainbow Self-Storage!!! That dog park is coming soon!!!
Rainbow self storage is dedicated to the community! They have generously donated a 10 X 20 storage unit for Businesses Against Meth Use. We are an all volunteer board who are dedicated to eradicating Meth from our beloved Humboldt county. We hold an annual fund raiser every September on the board walk in Eureka. Our Chicken wing festival is a free family fun event that offers live music, bounce house for the kids, beer & wine garden and an average of 35 varieties of chicken wings. The worst Storage facility I have ever used. I had nothing but problems with this place from day one. I would not recommend this business, if thats what they call themselves to ANYONE!!
