I am in Page AZ trying to contact the Lake Powell Rainbow room restaurant at 8pm on a Friday night. All the phone numbers for the resort and restaurant say that the reservation desk closes at 5pm everyday. I am trying to confirm what the Rainbow Room menu is since the internet has one menu and the kiosk in the resort has another menu. Since no one cares to pickup the phone I will take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service.
My husband and I ate here for our anniversary 2 nights ago. My husband had the pork and I had the New York strip. Our drinks were good. But my husband kept eating at his pork and it kept getting a little pinker until it was completely raw by the bone. Our server took it back and thankfully they comped it. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The scenery at sunset is amazing. We ordered the thin cut T Bone special with garlic potatoes. The T bone had a nice flavor but were out shined by the potatoes. Request a table by the window for a sunset show while enjoying diner.
