The worst ethics are that they are not completing the work they start, at least to the acceptable standards. The quality of the work is substandard at best.
My insurance company Liberty Mutual sent Rainbow for a simple interior wall replacement project at my property seven months ago, and it is still unfinished. They removed flooring without first checking with the insurance company, then patched it with mismatched flooring. Three months later, they brought another mismatched flooring sample, claiming the insurance adjuster said it was a 'perfect match.' Which they themself now claim that it is not. They're parking, mitigation, and restoration skills are all equal. You can get a cheaper price, but is it worth what it costs you? Had two unfortunate customer service experiences already, and the personal interaction tonight, just before Thanksgiving, has sealed my opinion. Do Better.
