Prompt, Honest, Professional and Friendly
Because of the good reviews, I called this company about two weeks ago due to significant water in my basement. They immediately sent someone over to get the information necessary to give us an estimate. A week later, they had still not sent an estimate. I called multiple times and finally received a call back. The man that I spoke to said that they weren't able to write the estimate because they needed to know how big the basement was and the extent of the damage.
