I was informed, after two years, that I still owe this company, even though I had confirmed with their staff that everything was paid. Their system was confusing, requiring payment for one project at a time. Alexis callejas project manager and his team were very respectful & helpful packing and sorting my stuff in the top floor and also in the basement. Rainbow Restoration of Rockville handled my rec room flood pack out and content disposal. I couldn't have been happier with the pack out staff, the care taken with my property and the office staff support (Angela, office manager is amazing)! Alexis Callejas, product manager, was a pleasure to work with during a very difficult time! He made sure I was informed and happy with the service throughout the process.
