In a stressful situation Rainbow made us feel heard and reassured everything was going to be okay. Not only did help show up quickly, each crew member was so kind and caring! They were so personable and knowledgeable. They took their time to answer all questions, evaluate items, took care in moving and setting up water damaged items.
