Chris was great at daily communication on what was next in our process. Joseph called ahead each morning to let us know when he'd arrive. Did his job with excellence and consideration for the disruption in our lives that this water incident caused. Everyone at each step of the process was professional and courteous. We would definitely use Rainbow again without hesitation!
So glad my insurance agent recommended Rainbow of Columbia to me when a water disaster struck. They were very professional, kept me calm, answered all questions during a very trying ordeal as most of my bottom floor had damage. Joe Silbaugh and his crew did an outstanding job and were so compassionate as emotions were high. Excellent service and quick recovery.
The people were truly nice and appeared to be helpful, but when you get your bill, check it closely. They bill for things they didn't do or only did half way.

Kenny May was and is the Best. He was attentive to our concerns and needs. Through out the entire process he treated us with respect and understanding. He was always very professional. He made sure his crews finished their job and made sure it was done properly. He was also very helpful in helping us to plan and schedule the work so that it fit our schedule as well as his.
