Wow!!! I cannot say enough about the Customer Service, the knowledge, the professionalism in which I received on an emergency situation in my basement. I was only in town at my Oregon property for six days total and about four days in I realized I had an issue in my basement with Water And Possible mold and moisture. Beyond rude, lazy & unprofessional. I'm amazed that they're still in business. They took 2 months to turn in an estimate. They wouldn't return my phone calls. Once the insurance check came in they texted me early in the morning. My water damage took place Jan 2nd. It's now April 3rd. My house hasn't been packed out. Demolition hasn't taken place. My bathtub is missing.

I’m not the type of person that writes reviews. However, I feel like in this case it’s necessary due to lack of ethical behavior made by this company. 6 months ago, our water heater malfunctioned due to a bad thermostat and created water damage. Rainbow came out to do the restoration work, and it required them to remove our (then fixed) water heater. When they removed the fixed water heater, they dropped it.
