OH MY!!! The house made ginger ale and sweet potato latkes breakfast was amazing!!!! I can't wait to come back to try lunch!
I ate here this afternoon at around 1:00pm and was pleasantly surprised that they served breakfast all day on sundays! I ordered the Ultimate Latkes and everything was very noticeably fresh. It came with the latkes smothered in delicious applesauce and a drizzle of sour cream, a variety of fruit such as strawberries, melon and grapes, my choice of eggs which I ordered poached (cooked perfectly), my choice of ham or bacon which you can sub out for tempeh or tofu (I chose bacon and it was again cooked perfectly), and their ama... read more
I appreciate the fresh ingredients that the restaurant uses. Every time we visit Ft Collins we eat here. We eat a plant based diet and there are a number of options on the menu - no substitutions required! #whatveganseat �
I've always loved the Rainbow! They catered my wedding in the 80's! Great atmosphere, nice people and always good, healthy food. Can't wait for the weather to warm up so I can sit out on the patio.
RecommendedWow, this place is awesome! Such a friendly relaxed atmosphere and options for patio dining in good weather (even in March!). The menus have something for everyone. My wife and I like to come just before 11 AM on weekdays so I can still order off the breakfast menu for my favorites (Green Eggs and Ham, Philly Scramble, omelettes, waffle) while she can get Tempeh Saute off the lunch menu. As children in the 70"s we were forced to order and eat bean loaf at this place. As I remember occasionally I was allowed to order a whole wheat avocado sandwich instead. I have been back once since they moved to the other side of college av. into the binky bank branch office.
