My daughter was in their Program back in 2010 after the death of her sister and the fatal car accident she incurred with a TBI. The living arrangements were somewhat fine and the staff and residents thru out the Rainbow program were nice. Honestly she never needed any type of program because she was VERY HIGH FUNCTIONING. All she typically needed was counseling and physical therapies for her injuries and a very intense counseling for Grief. Terrible company. They don't care about the staff or clients. You can complain to HR but they'll defend the company no matter what the facts are. This is a joke company.
Worked for a week and a half and got to one of the rehab facilities and watched the entire staff sleep on the night shift anf then watched one smack a patient, was in total disbelief and had to quit right there
