Very disappointing, rude and dismissive.
Asked for a gel French manicure and they just painted half my nail white then wiped away to create the French tip, which I didn’t mind but when I asked if she could wipe away a bit more to make the tip thinner she said that it would cost more as it makes it more detailed.. even though i was quoted $70 for Gel French manicure.
I did pedicure here and The lady that did it was really rude. I understand if its the language barrier but its the gesture that she doesn’t want to work. She didnt do the job properly, i had to ask to scrub it again because she barely did it right. I asked her if i can try two different colors on my feet to see which one is more match to my skin but she refused. Need to improve the customer service and train the staff better.
I got a pedicure asked for French Tip, and the lady that worked there spoke to me poorly and rushed through the process and then when I had asked if I could please get the French tip thinner she goes to me WHAT! Won’t be going back there customer service skills 0!
I had a pedicure today and the lady who did my treatment rushed through it that it took less than 30 mins. Not only that, she didn’t even ask me what shape and length I wanted my nails she just cut them extremely short and uneven. When I pointed out the uneven cut she said it was just my toes…When I told her I was not happy she still charged me full price …I won’t be coming back
