Rainbow pools installed a pool in 2007. We have had nothing but issues with it since 6 months after install. From the screws holding the automatic safety cover to the roller drum not being galvanized and causing it to rust through and fall I to the pool to the latest with the deep end wall screws rusting and causing it to collapse due to once again not using proper kind of screws. Don't anybody care like these guys do. There is a difference in real customer service and Rainbow Pools is #1 in that department.

When buying what I would call a luxury item, I would certainly expect better service. Communication was poor, after service was poor, knowledge was poor. It was one excuse after another with no follow up or follow through. Nothing about my experience with this company was positive, sadly. I will drive to Columbus before I EVER give them one cent more of my money. Just horrible!
We had a pool installed 4 years ago, and have not had a good experience with customer service after the install. I have been waiting 4 days to get an answer on the warranty for the automatic cover that was installed. When you pay all this money for an inground pool, you don't expect such awful service after.
