Called them to help me find some parts for my rainbow castle series playset and the lady I spoke with, Ann, was amazing!! Even though I just needed a quote for a moving claim she went above and beyond and helped me track down a quote from the rainbow manufacturer twice and then worked with me to get a recipient for my claim. Business like this are rare, Ann cares about the person and that was most evident in her dealings with my situation. I will most certainly buy my next playground from here.
