Wanting our doodle puppy to have the least invasive spay possible, we opted for Laparoscopic Surgery by Doctor Giri at Rainbow Pet Care Center in Natrona Heights. Needless to say it was worth every penny and hour on the road as we live in Latrobe, PA. Our pup was good to go the day after surgery. Laparoscopic spaying is far less painful for a dog (just two small incisions) and recovery time is minimal. We also appreciated the follow up call by Doctor Giri to make sure our pup was doing well. Thank you again, Doctor Giri .
Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value Dr Giri and his staff are amazing. He walked us thru each procedure step by step and showed us what he would be doing, how he would do it and then the final outcome. so far our little princess Windy has had both her right and left luxated patella repaired. Took our dog here for TPLO Repair Surgery. We are from the North Pittsburgh area and received quotes from other vets that ranged from $5,000 - 6,000. We found Rainbow Vet through the recommendation of our vet. Dr. Giri was very experienced with this surgery and took the time to explain every step to us. The staff was also very nice and helpful. Our dog Buffy is recovering very well and we expect her to be back to normal shortly. We couldn't be happier with our choice to take Buffy here.
I am writing on behalf of my dog Rosie and myself. I took her to Rainbow After she an ACL injury on her right rear leg. Our 11 year old pitbull, Roxie, needed her 2nd tplo surgery and after doing much research, we found Rainbow Pet Care Center. Roxie had her 1st surgery on her left knee 3 years ago at another facility. Now she needed the surgery on her right knee. We were very nervous because of her age. Dr. Giri is very knowledgeable and professional when it comes to the care of your pets. Ariel had surgery and he called when it was done to let us know she was ok and after she came home he called personally to make sure she was doing well.
