Continuing mouse problem in the basement. Rainbow's most experienced man said mice were coming in through the attic, and recommended another company (trained by Rainbow) that would work on the roof, which Rainbow would not do. Other company's estimate included a $1,500.00 non-refundable surcharge because they did not have medical insurance. Job is a no-go. Mice still infesting the basement.
Very professional, friendly, on time for both on site consultation and service appointment. Dave is a positive representative, proud of the company and the people he works with.
