Very helpful front desk staff helped me resolve a billing issue where I was incorrectly being charged $30 for previous visits when my copay was only $10. Cancels appointments 2 days before the visit, says there is “nothing they can do.” But they wait till last minute to change plans, at the expense of the visitor who schedule months in advance, don’t waste your time these people don’t answer calls, check their schedules, or know what they are doing. They refuse help and when they are questioned, employees are snarky and repulsed. Do not go here.
