This new phone system 😡
I LOVE Dr. Tyus, however, this new phone system they have set-up is AWFUL. I can't get appointments anymore, the operators are sending me to different parts of town. Today, they asked which business I am calling for and I could not make an appointment for my son to get a flu shot because they said they don't have a schedule. I give it 3 STARS now because of this new phone system they have.
