Doctor is absolutely good. She listens & cares. But the problem is with the front desk lady Carla. She is so rude & sometimes seems to be racist. We have witnessed her to be nicer with some other people but we never experienced a pleasant talk. She don’t even give eye contact while talking that shows her “whatever” attitude. Best pediatric office office ever. We have been with them for 9 years. All the staff makes us feel like family. Absolutely love everyone.

I've have taken my kids to Dr. Raina for 12 years. She is the best, she always takes her time and listens to all your concerns. Everyone in the office knows my kids names and always put them at ease. Many wells checks and sick appointments and never had an issue. Very professional and personalized care.
During our battles with the new insurance processes we were relieved to finally find Rainbow Pediatrics. Carla was a huge help from the very beginning and never made me feel bad when we were in between carriers or coverage. She helped normalize the adjustments we were making and was flexible with us when we'd have to reschedule. Dr. Raina is professional and typically seemed to run on schedule.
