I've have taken my kids to Dr. Raina for 12 years. She is the best, she always takes her time and listens to all your concerns. Everyone in the office knows my kids names and always put them at ease. Many wells checks and sick appointments and never had an issue. Very professional and personalized care.

During our battles with the new insurance processes we were relieved to finally find Rainbow Pediatrics. Carla was a huge help from the very beginning and never made me feel bad when we were in between carriers or coverage. She helped normalize the adjustments we were making and was flexible with us when we'd have to reschedule. Dr. Raina is professional and typically seemed to run on schedule. I recently visited this medical office and had a generally positive experience with the doctor. However, I was disappointed with the front desk staff, who seemed unfriendly and unhelpful, rude and the worst service I have ever had. I hope that the office will take steps to improve their front desk service, as it would make a big difference to patients' overall experience.
