I've used this company twice in the last 15 years and been pleased. But this time, something has changed. Perhaps it was the crew that was sent. Surfaces were not covered well, leaving me to scrape up many paint splotches on floor and woodwork. Walls were not prepared at all. Any bumps that were there, were just painted over. I had to re-do them. Finally, the walls were supposed to receive 2 coats and some only received one.
