We have dealt with them many times through the years and have had absolutely no problems with service or quality of the product.. Our questions have always been answered in a timely and professional way.
I am an packaging designer. I called with a request for (what I believed to be) a standard but rarely used washer design. The man who answered helped me but was willing to only help me to a point. He said he had nothing like what I needed and had never seen it before.
