I normally go here for my feet and Rachel is so nice but this time I had a terrible experience. The older lady with the big glasses was I rude!! We left mid pedicure and will never return.

I have been here a couple of times. It's kind of my emergency place if I don't have time to go to my regular place. The only thing I don't like is that fact that, they don't let your feet soak they get right to it. I always get gel polish and it starts to chip a day or 2 after on my hands. My gel on my feet be OK. I went today spent 2 hours in there just for my gel to start chipping now😩 And I have no problem tipping but please don't ask about a tip or tell me how to tip if I didn't even fully pay yet.

I tried them in the past several times onnweek days and they were short staffed so bad that pedi water ran cold, thistime I went on mother's day and the $40 pedi with the jelly and hot rocks has my feet soft but the regular nail application on my feet was horrible, my pedicure was very short of pampering as if it was super rushed n with very little time for my cuticles to soak n luke/cold water dish and the gel polish began chipping and cracking and the only reason it isnt recognized is bc I requested an extra coat of color ... read more
