Very disappointing experience. The salon was extremely dirty and unhygienic, which is completely unacceptable for a nail salon. The overall cleanliness was very poor, and I did not feel comfortable or safe receiving a service there. On top of that, the customer service was extremely rude and disrespectful. Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I have never experienced this level of disrespect at a nail salon before. The customer simply expressed that $90 for a very simple nail set seemed too expensive, especially considering that similar services are commonly offered around $50–$60. Instead of calmly explaining the pricing or handling the feedback professionally, the staff became extremely rude and disrespectful and told the customer to leave and essentially threw them out of the salon. I got my nails done with shellac nail polish. In the shop , their price list says 'shellac polish' for $30 but the lady charged me $45 for the service. When I asked for the explanation for the charge, all of them started speaking and chatting in Chinese. It was rude and disrespecting. I felt cheated.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon recently. When I walked in, I asked for a pedicure. One of the workers began assisting me and started filling the tub, but was immediately interrupted by another staff member who began shouting at her. They proceeded to argue in another language for some time. After their exchange, the worker who had been helping me turned around and told me she could no longer do my pedicure, claiming she suddenly had an appointment.
