Gloria is patient and thorough. I have been to her for over 8 years. In manicure, pedicure and waxing, she takes her time and does an excellent job! All the girls do a great job. I have been to all of them! If customers have a bad experience, it is 'one time' off and it can happen to anybody.
I had a terrible experience with my waxing appointment today with Gloria. She was extremely unprofessional, rushed through the service, and didn’t care at all about my comfort. It felt like she just wanted to rip everything off as quickly as possible and push me out the door. I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unsatisfactory experience I had at your salon on 20-06-2025 I went in to have my nails done, trusting that I would receive quality service. However, the final result not only did not meet my expectations but also completely deviated from what I requested.
