Gloria is patient and thorough. I have been to her for over 8 years. In manicure, pedicure and waxing, she takes her time and does an excellent job! All the girls do a great job. I have been to all of them! If customers have a bad experience, it is 'one time' off and it can happen to anybody.

I had a terrible experience with my waxing appointment today with Gloria. She was extremely unprofessional, rushed through the service, and didn’t care at all about my comfort. It felt like she just wanted to rip everything off as quickly as possible and push me out the door. I’ve been getting waxing done for over 20 years and have never had such a painful and careless experience. I even had to ask her to stop the service midway. I am writing to file a complaint regarding an unsatisfactory experience I had at your salon on 20-06-2025 I went in to have my nails done, trusting that I would receive quality service. However, the final result not only did not meet my expectations but also completely deviated from what I requested. Horrible! Did my nails once, shellac manucure. It was not bad. But when i went there again to remove it, i got scratches all over my nails. After 10 days, the scratches are still here. The lady working there didn’t even bother using nail polish remover. Check the picture to see what i got. I definitely do no recommend!!!!
