I got my nails done with shellac nail polish. In the shop , their price list says 'shellac polish' for $30 but the lady charged me $45 for the service. When I asked for the explanation for the charge, all of them started speaking and chatting in Chinese. It was rude and disrespecting. I felt cheated.
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon recently. When I walked in, I asked for a pedicure. One of the workers began assisting me and started filling the tub, but was immediately interrupted by another staff member who began shouting at her. They proceeded to argue in another language for some time. After their exchange, the worker who had been helping me turned around and told me she could no longer do my pedicure, claiming she suddenly had an appointment. If you want to do eyebrows find May!!! She's friendly and kind lady
Gloria is patient and thorough. I have been to her for over 8 years. In manicure, pedicure and waxing, she takes her time and does an excellent job! All the girls do a great job. I have been to all of them! If customers have a bad experience, it is 'one time' off and it can happen to anybody.
