Worst nails, terrible experience.
Worst experience yesterday with my daughter here! My pedicure lasted about 25 minutes for $60, the massage, which is why I love pedicures was about 2-3 minutes if that! My daughter had gel nails put on, after completion her thumbs were noticeably different lengths and others too. After showing the owner he rudely said that’s because we are human and not everything will be the same?? No customer service whatsoever. The worst job ever! We asked for a discount but were refused. Charged $65 to take a few acrylic nails off and then to re paint them. The colour that was done wasn’t even the colour I asked for and chose. It was also rushed and doesn’t look good. Very disappointing and I won’t be back.

Awful service for an awful price ! Went in for a refill, the nail tech just applied one thin layer over the existing biab and then added the colour. A very clear distinct line was evident in the nails (which are costing me $90) when I raised this concern the nail tech said this would be sorted later … it wasn’t they applied the top coat, I raised my concern again.
