Sneaky tactics used to get more money from customers. Waiting at the front counter for service and then young girl that barely spoke English came up to me. After a bit of back and forth telling her I wanted a gel not standard manicure, I pointed to the shellac manicure for $50. I was seated, nails finished then time to pay. I was charged $65 (plus the eftpos fee!) which was not what I had paid 3 weeks previously. Just as I paid it, I questioned why it was $65 and was told I had paid for gel.
