I went into Rainbow Nails today around 9.15am the ladies were so polite and welcoming as soon as I walked in. Can I just say, the lovely lady doing my nails was incredible, her attention to detail, and professionalism should be commended. She made sure i was comfortable the entire process and kept double checking with me that I liked the colour and design. I have been coming to Rainbow Nails now for 4 years and everytime I have had an excellent time, thankyou so much again and I will be definitely coming back!

The technician hurt like hell. Dung her nails in to the side of my nail to separate the oozing acrylic. She was prepared to leave blobs of acrylic each side of the nail before painting, which I wouldn’t let her do. Most disappointed.

DON’T GO HERE. I wish I read reviews, it was so rushed and the lady cut my finger so bad it bled for 3 hours and she just put the acrylic over the blood. The nail polish was the wrong color so I had to repaint them myself, I asked for a shimmer pink and got shimmer green. The shape was different on each hand and one was so crooked I had to buy a nail file and reshape. And at the end she charged full price. NOT HAPPY!!! Photo is from 3 days later.

Terrible experience at the nail salon! The whole process felt rushed. She didn't ask me to wash my hands after filing them so my hands fell dusty during the whole process. The lady pushed me to choose a color within a minute, she was pushing my hands and directing me so rudly. I don't think my shellac will last long given she gave no time for them to dry. Definitely won't be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GET THEIR NAIL done there. Such poor service. The worse I've ever had!
