I came in to have acrylic removed. Chi was my nail tech. She immediately seemed bothered by having to help me which made me uncomfortable but I really just wanted to get in and out so I left it alone. In removing my nails she put what I’m now finding to be a temu brand nail polish remover on my nails and FILED off the acrylic. I am disappointed with the treatment I received here from one particular girl. The other ladies are actually quite lovely but the overall rude and disrespectful behaviour from the girl with bright red/orange hair soured my experience before I even sat down in the chair. Right from the start she made some unfriendly remarks which ultimately made me uncomfortable with receiving any type of service from her.
