If I could Rate a 0 I would. This business has a sign up stating after each service to pay. No problem, but then one lady said I had to pay BEFORE doing my eyebrows. That is NOT how you conduct business. Even after being told she would do them , I then had to “wait” until she finished with customers that was not there before me . Very rude and then started speaking in Chinese making me feel VERY discriminated against . She refused to do my eyebrows without me paying first .
