I'm Nene and I've been going to rainbow 🌈 to get my nails done for over 10 years. They're sanitized and show that they're not just about the money. They will leave you satisfied and willing to return back.
Staff rude and pushy. I asked how much a powder fill in was and never received an answer. Then was finally told that it would be $35 which is the same cost that it was to put the nails on. There was another lady that I overheard state, "For how much?" "That's ridiculous, you might as well take them all off for that price". The lady, who I assumed is the owner, was insisting that powder cost more and that any time you change the color it's more money... I NEVER changed the color.
