Horrible customer service by employees and poor quality of services provided. When I returned for a repair of one nail I was told a 30 minute wait, by way of someone in the back room (not visible) yelling to me. I typiclly do not complain about my nail technicians but the fact that my first experience here involved me not getting the service I requested and when I spoke up about it, the older woman yelled at me and refused to continue to service me.
