I would NOT pay for any service in this facility EVEN if they do the best work in Georgetown. You should never want to receive a service from anyone who doesn’t treat someone with respect just because they speak another language. For reference, we are Canadian Citizens who speak 3 languages, and you as owners of this “ Spa” are ALSO visible minorities. Please go somewhere else. Businesses need to take accountability for their actions. What we experienced yesterday was sad, embarrassing and disrespectful. To experience this in our new hometown, broke our heart. We chose this location to get the birthday person’s nails done. She was so enthusiastic and happy in general. We've lived in Georgetown for 2 months, we have been in Canada for 20 years. It is the first time I feel discriminated and less for speaking my language with my mom who doesnt speak english well. It was my birthday and came with my mom and my daughter to do my nails and was asked to stop speaking my language because it disturbed other people.
