One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had. Communication was poor, concerns were not taken seriously, and resolving a problem became unnecessarily difficult. I seen an advertisement on Facebook for mopeds at this shop rainbow motors saying they have mopeds for only $500 that was a lie. But i bought a moped from this place and after two days the moped broke down I had to have it towed & repaired the shop was happy to tow & repair then three days later it broke down again then they towed and repaired it again as they was doing the repair i told them that the button was going out to start it & that I can't afford to have another tow & repair they said they replace it i seen them rep... read more
He advertised on FB marketplace for $500 used mopeds (ad still up as of time of posting). I messaged to confirm and when I arrived he acted like he had no clue but was willing to sell me a rusty pos that he got nervous about me touching. His price then jumped to $550, then again to $600 if I want the title?! Don't waste your time with this place, wish I hadn't.
