I wish I could give this place a zero rating. Poor service, incompetence, rude, disrespectful, disturbing, neighbors. You feel like they have cameras hidden in the room. The carpet and towels are stained, black mold in the room. The room had several stained items, which made it feel unclean and poorly maintained. There were also broken tiles being held by scotch tape on the wall, broken tiles in the bathroom that felt unsafe and showed a poor lack of upkeep. One of the worst places I've ever dealt with. There's a literal ice storm in North Carolina with a stateside emergency going on. I tried to call them about possibly even rescheduling it and talked to the most rudest person I've ever talked to. He didnt even give me a chance to even talk after he hung on me the first time. All I got out was my booking before he told me that everything was non refundable and that he wasn't going to do anything about my booking. This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The heater was pretty to look at, didn't put much heat out. You would wake up in the morning you can see your breath. And you can see where the wind was coming in through a huge crack in the door.
Rude man answering the phone then hangs up before I can even ask a question because he just runs through the information like he’s at an auction or something. Don’t recommend.
Absolute WORST motel I’ve ever stayed at. Owner/Front Desk guy talked to me through a small hole in the window. Said he was going to keep my license as a key deposit. Explained the ‘rules’ to me 10x over (including you can’t even have food delivered, you have to have door dash give it to you off premises). But that was the least of my worries.
