I rented a unit for $55/mth, first mth it was the $55+$5 for cc+ $25 deposit, fine, paid it. For next 3-4 mths paid in cash so not to have to pay the extra $5 fee. I move out, clean up, which previous renter did not do and notify Ken (Johnson) that we have moved out of unit and asked for deposit refund, he say text me your address and I will send it to you. I've used this place for 12.5 years. Yes 12.5 Crazy I know. I could have done bought me a great storage building by now. The reason I haven't is i'm renting my home. Over the past years i've gone to my unit and have failed to get into because the roll up is broken. When I did get it I got stuck because of the door.
